Welcome to AspireNest (referred to as the "Site", "Platform", or "SkillBridge"). The Site is owned and operated by SkillBridge Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "STPL", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and STPL.
Your use of this Site signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using SkillBridge.
If you are accessing or using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and that the organization agrees to indemnify STPL for any violations.
Definitions
Employer
Any individual, company, or organization using SkillBridge to post internships, jobs, or opportunities.
Applicant
Any individual using SkillBridge to browse, apply for, or participate in internships, jobs, or related opportunities.
1. Registration Data & Account Security
By using the Site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Update your data promptly to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify STPL immediately of unauthorized account use.
- Accept full responsibility for activities under your account.
- Accept risks related to your shared data or account access.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on collection and usage of user data.
2. Terms & Conditions for Employers
These Employer-specific terms are in addition to the general Terms applicable to all SkillBridge users. Violation may result in job listing removal, account suspension, or legal action.
A. Job Posting Terms
Employers agree to the following:
1. Authorization & Accuracy
- You must be authorized to post internships/jobs on behalf of your organization.
- You indemnify STPL for consequences of unauthorized postings.
- All organization and job details must be complete and accurate.
2. Use of Company Assets
- Uploading logos authorizes SkillBridge to display them on listings and partner channels.
- You must ensure you have rights to share such assets.
3. Distribution of Job Listings
SkillBridge may promote your listings across:
- Social media platforms
- Partner job boards
- Email newsletters
- Newspapers and digital media
4. Verification
- STPL may request business documents for verification.
- These documents are used solely for authentication.
B. Prohibited Job Types
SkillBridge strictly prohibits posting:
- Unpaid internships (except NGOs/Government bodies).
- Opportunities requiring applicants to pay fees, deposits, or charges.
- Modelling, gambling, adult, or age-inappropriate work.
- Network-level marketing or referral-driven schemes.
- Freelancing or third-party recruiting listings without authorization.
- Jobs requiring applicants to promote alcohol/smoking.
- Jobs requiring opening Demat/bank accounts.
- Tasks disguised as assignments to generate app downloads, likes, shares, or publicity.
- Asking applicants for personal documents (PAN, Aadhaar) during shortlisting.
C. Hiring Terms
Employers must:
- Ensure job details communicated at any stage do not differ from the posted listing.
- Provide fair and relevant assignments — no disguised work extraction.
- Maintain professional communication at all times.
- Provide an official offer letter after selection.
- Pay promised remuneration on time.
- Respond to applicant complaints within 72 working hours.
- Report suspicious activity immediately.
SkillBridge does not guarantee hiring outcomes.
D. Applicant Data Usage
Employers may only use applicant data for hiring. Any selling, sharing, or transferring of applicant information is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent account termination and legal action.
E. Payment & Refunds
- All payments for SkillBridge services are 100% prepaid.
- Refunds follow STPL's Refund Policy.
- STPL is not responsible for delays in refund processing by banks/payment gateways.
F. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
- Premium employers may post up to 50 listings (jobs + internships combined) every 30 days.
- Additional postings may require approval.
3. Terms for Applicants
1. Communication
Respond to employer or SkillBridge messages within 72 hours.
2. Commitment
- Once you accept an offer, you must make sincere efforts to join on time.
- Not showing up or withdrawing last-minute may lead to account blocking and notification to academic authorities.
3. Accuracy of Information
- You must submit true and complete details in applications and your profile.
4. Relevant Applications
- Apply only for roles matching your skills and preferences.
- Irrelevant/mass applications may result in penalties or account restrictions.
5. Usage of Employer Data
- Sharing or selling employer information is prohibited.
6. Professional Conduct
- All communication must be professional and free of offensive content.
7. Due Diligence
- SkillBridge strives for accurate information but Applicants must research employers independently.
8. Profile Photo & Visibility
- Only real, clear photos of yourself are permitted.
- Uploading a profile photo authorizes us to share it with employers.
9. Notifications
By registering, you consent to receive:
- Emails
- SMS alerts
- WhatsApp messages
- Job notifications
You may opt out at any time.
4. Safety Tips for Applicants
SkillBridge forbids Employers from:
- Posting unpaid internships unless legally permissible.
- Charging fees of any kind.
- Posting roles involving alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult industries, or age-restricted content.
- Posting MLM, pyramid schemes, or referral-driven models.
- Assigning work masked as assessments for promotional activities.
If you observe violations, you must report them to SkillBridge.
5. Disclaimers
SkillBridge and STPL provide the Site "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or immunity from viruses or harmful components. You assume full responsibility for using the Site.
STPL is not liable for:
- Damages, losses, or delays from using the Site
- Inaccuracies or errors in listings
- Actions of third-party employers or applicants
All images, content, and design elements are owned or licensed by STPL.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site, design, code, graphics, and content belong exclusively to STPL and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, download, or reproduce site content
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
- Copy any branding, design, or proprietary elements
7. Prohibition on Use of Site Data for AI Training
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Scraping or extracting SkillBridge data for AI/ML model training
- Compiling datasets from SkillBridge content
- Sharing SkillBridge data with third parties for AI or automation purposes
Violation may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.
8. Acceptable Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to extract or manipulate site data
- Misuse login credentials
- Attempt to interfere with platform functionality
- Register others without consent
- Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
9. Code of Conduct Violations
The following are prohibited:
- Offensive or explicit communication
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination
- Copying/stolen work
- Sharing unauthorized content
- Disruptive behavior
- Sharing harmful or illegal links
10. Trademarks
SkillBridge, its logos, product names, and service names are trademarks of STPL.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold STPL harmless against all claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Unauthorized use of the Site
- Misuse of content or data
- Violations of third-party rights
12. Termination
STPL may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for violations, suspicious activity, or misuse of the Site.
13. Changes to These Terms
STPL may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of SkillBridge constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. Chargeback Policy
By making payments on SkillBridge, you agree:
- Chargebacks are not permitted once digital services are accessed.
- You waive rights to dispute transactions on grounds of non-delivery or unauthorized use.
- Banks or payment providers cannot hold STPL liable for chargebacks initiated by you.

15. Severability & Waiver
If any clause becomes unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in full effect.
STPL's failure to enforce any right shall not be considered a waiver.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. (You may change this to your preferred city.)
